FOMANA’s cornerstone R&D program is an export initiative called Tekau Plus. The aim is to position 10 high value Maori companies in niche domestic and international markets. A total of 23 Maori and non-Maori food and beverage producers are currently working with FOMANA to conduct market research studies and carbon neutral design solutions.
