Wayne Mulligan – CEO
Wayne is a shareholder, director and trustee on a number of NZ businesses. Wayne focuses on commercial design, planning new innovative businesses and preparing for early stage investment and exit pathways. Wayne holds a Master of Management from the University of Auckland (Systems Thinking) and in 2013 completed a Harvard University Program studying Business & Agricultural Case Studies in 2013 and in 2014 Wayne completed Stanford University Executive Program. Wayne was on the Executive Board of the Federation of Maori Authorities and was an adviser on the commercial panel that advised government on commercialising research and technology.
Paul Morgan – Managing Director
Paul is a shareholder, director and trustee on a number of companies in NZ and Asia. Paul was the CEO of the Federation of Maori Authorities (Maori enterprises with assets of approx $10 billion) for 20 years. Paul led some of the most critical lobbying and litigation to secure legislation that benefits Maori. Paul has been instrumental in Maori building capability in exporting. Paul is Chair of Wakatu Incorporation and Chair of Kono LP NZ. In 2009 Paul received NZ Honours Award, QSM. The Listener Magazine (2009) rated Paul the most influential Maori outside of government. In 2013, Paul completed a Stanford University Course.
Tania Maaka – Team Coordinator
Tania is the office guru. Tania is an experienced executive assistant and office manager and keeps the Team focused. Tania specialises in event management and has many years experience managing key sales and ensuring key relationships are fostered and maintained. Tania brings the control over diaries and performance. Tania was previously undertook office and administration roles for the Federation of Maori Authorities.
