Richard is the Chief Executive of Poutama Business Trust. He has focused the Trust’s efforts on consolidating and growing Māori businesses, driving the development of the Māori tourism sector, initiating collective and cooperative activity amongst Māori business and taking Māori businesses international.

Richard is also a Trustee of a number of Trusts and is a partner in a small guided nature/cultural walks business.

John Paki

John currently holds the statutory position of the Māori Trustee.
John has experience in both the public and private sectors
covering policy, business and international relations. He holds directorships in the tourism and finance sectors as well as
numerous trusteeship responsibilities. John has a strong commitment to Māori development.

Paul Morgan
Ngāti Rarua, Taranaki Whanui, Ngāpuhi
Federation of Māori Authorities

Paul is the Cheif Executive of FoMA and has been a Board member since 1986. He holds a number of commercial directorships over many years and is a trustee of a number of land trusts.
